Craig Sundheimer, Managing Director & Chief Business Officer
Mr. Sundheimer is a corporate development & strategic marketing executive with 20 years experience in leading strategic initiatives for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 conglomerates. He has been consistently successful in developing a strategic vision, and then executing opportunities in medical and industrial businesses. Mr. Sundheimer was Chief Business Development Officer for ASI, Inc., an early stage genomic and cancer diagnostic company; Chief Business Development Officer for Welch Allyn, Inc., a $500 million privately held global medical device manufacturer; VP, Corporate Development for Xomed Surgical Products, Inc., a $70 MM privately held company sold to Medtronic; and Division Manager of New Business Development for Abbott Laboratories. He received his MBA, M.S. Materials Engineering and B.S. Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer.

Lloyd M. Jarvis, Managing Director & CFO
Mr. Jarvis is a financial and operations executive with 30 years of experience, and a seasoned entrepreneur. He spent 10 years in Finance and Operations at Teledyne, a Fortune 100 conglomerate, culminating as a Division VP. He was a founder and CEO of Mobilyx, a mobile health screening services company. He acquired, completed a turnaround, expansion and sale of M.D.S. Industries, Inc., a HVAC air filter distribution company. Mr. Jarvis served as VP, Finance for MMI Medical, Inc., a $35 million NASDAQ medical diagnostic and maintenance service company. He was a Vice President of Magna Mill Products, Inc., a $13.5 million manufacturer of precision machined aircraft parts, where he was recruited as part of an LBO in 1984 and IPO in 1986. He received his MBA in Finance and his BS in Marketing from the University of Southern California.
